Gifts of Cash

• Checks - Should be made payable to the University of Pittsburgh/Falk School. If you wish your gift to be credited to a specific fund or used for a specific purpose, please indicate this on the memo line for check or in an accompanying note for cash.   Checks and cash should be mailed to:

Gifts of Securities, real estate or planned gifts

Securities can be electronically transferred to University of Pittsburgh/Falk School or mailed via registered mail.  

Matching Gifts 

The impact of your gift may be doubled or possibly tripled if you work for a company with a matching gift program.  Check with your employer and request a matching gift form.  Send the completed form with your gift.  Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. 

Give to Falk School via the Pitt Annual Fund 

You can designate your gift or any portion of your gift to any of our funds.  Once you give to Falk, your Pitt Annual Fund solicitation should always give you a Falk option.  If not, just indicate your preference with the payment.

Corporate Giving via the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program

The Falk Laboratory School is a scholarship organization under the PA EITC program, which means approved companies can receive tax credits for donations to Falk.  For more information, visit our EITC page or the Department of Community and Economic Development’s website at www.newpa.com/EITC
